Dr. Yvonne Styles, executive vice president of DCM Associates, Inc., is an experienced senior leader with over 20 years as a C-suite executive. Styles’ decades of work in mental and behavioral health has included building effective treatment models for children and families as well as socio-emotional learning programs which successfully met marginalized communities at their level of need. As an educator, Styles taught graduate students in industrial & organizational psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Styles maintains her lifelong passion for the nonprofit sector by working at DCM-Associates to continually develop talent through C-suite executive search. Styles’ consulting work is centered in her belief that inclusive practices are at the heart of leadership development and competence. Styles works with nonprofits providing training in diversity, equity inclusion, and belonging for senior management and board development in this critical area of organizational practice.

Styles is also the president & CEO of STYLES BEHAVIORAL SERVICES and holds a doctorate in organizational development and master’s in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara as well as a master’s in clinical psychology, specializing in child and adolescent psychology from Antioch University- Los Angeles.

Dennis C. Miller is a nationally recognized strategic leadership coach and executive search consultant with more than 35 years of experience working with nonprofit board leadership and chief executives across the country. Miller is also an expert in board governance, leadership development, philanthropy, and succession planning. In addition, he is a sought-after motivational speaker, retreat facilitator and leadership performance coach. 

Miller’s experience working with hundreds of nonprofit organizations has provided him with the knowledge and insights to understand the competencies required of today’s nonprofit leadership, whether as CEO, COO, or chief development officer. As the founder and chairman of DCM Associates, Miller and his team recruit executives who can inspire their organization to achieve greater levels of success and measurable achievements. 

As the former president and CEO of a major medical center and foundation in New Jersey, his reputation as a respected health care executive resulted in numerous honors, including the status of Fellow in the American College of Health Executives. He has served as a member of the New Jersey Council of Teaching Hospitals Board of Trustees, chaired the Center for Health Affairs Board of Trustees in Princeton, and served in a leadership capacity on many other nonprofit boards. 

Miller obtained his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and master’s in public health administration from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. 

Passionate about leadership and governance, Miller was the founder of the Center for Excellence in Leadership, Governance and Philanthropy at Fairleigh Dickinson University, the largest private university in New Jersey. He served as the Center’s executive director from 2012 to 2016.
